Wish Slam
Our Phoenix office hosted Wish Slam III, a high-energy pickleball tournament benefiting Make-A-Wish Arizona. In partnership with the Phoenix 20/30 Club, the event raised over $50,000 to help grant life-changing wishes for critically ill children across the Valley.
The tournament has become a beloved tradition and a cornerstone of community impact in Phoenix. From playing to volunteering, our team showed up in full force, demonstrating the power of purpose-driven fun and the generosity of our clients and partners.
Spreading holiday cheer to military families
Our SoCal offices partnered with Operation Help a Hero to support military families through their Operation Christmas Spirit initiative. Associates “adopted” four families stationed at Camp Pendleton and Twentynine Palms, providing essentials and gifts to brighten their holidays. Across our Los Angeles, San Diego, and Irvine offices, Associates and Producers donated clothes, diapers, toys, toiletries, towels, shoes, books, and more, plus $2,050 in gift cards for groceries, gas, and stores.

“Being an active-duty military family for the past 28 years and seeing firsthand the challenges that exist within so many military families, I am incredibly grateful for your support and generosity. The positive impact you’ve had on these families will be felt on Christmas morning and for years to come. Thank you!”

Salt Lake City’s Best Seat in the House Christmas party volunteering
Our Salt Lake City team sponsored a holiday party for families in need, supported by Best Seat in the House. Each child left with a full belly, a big smile, and a toy of their choice. Best Seat in the House ensures kids can be kids, no matter their circumstances. The organization provides events and activities to youth who, due to financial constraints, family situations, or life-altering conditions, would otherwise lack the means to participate.
Austen’s Huggable Heroes drive in Portland
Austen’s Huggable Heroes collects stuffed animals and raises money for children in foster care and shelters. Our 20-person Portland office and the West Lockton Cares LEAN collected dozens of stuffed animals and raised $1,675 in donations.
Los Angeles charity poker tournament
The annual Los Angeles charity poker tournament raised over $24,000 for the Friendship Foundation, an organization that supports special-needs children, public education, and a national college scholarship program. We also supported the organization's annual Pier to Pier Walk and fundraiser.
San Francisco IICF Month of Giving
Our San Francisco Associates actively participate in the annual IICF Month of Giving. Led by Producer Adam McDonough, the Month of Giving, which brings the entire insurance industry together for good causes. Lockton is one of the top volunteer participants, with events throughout October like packing and sorting at a food bank, painting a shelter, prepping supplies for unhoused youth, and running a coat drive.
