KC Campus Red Wednesday
Our Kansas City office celebrates hometown pride and the power of giving back each year during “Red Wednesday.” Associates raised $2,680 for Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City by purchasing Kansas City Chiefs flags and an additional $3,000 for Cornerstones of Care through locally made shirts.

Spreading holiday joy in Minneapolis
For the ninth consecutive year, our Minneapolis team has embraced the spirit of giving through Best Christmas Ever, an initiative that brings hope and joy to families facing hard times during the holiday season. Associates raise over $10,000 per family each year, thoughtfully selecting gifts and coming together for a festive gift-wrapping party.
Lockton interns Stuff the Bus
Our Michigan summer interns led a “Stuff the Bus” school supply drive for the Macomb Foster Closet. This initiative supported the Detroit-based organization that provides local children in the foster care system with essential items to help them thrive. Associates and Producers purchased over $1,000 in school supplies to support the effort.
8th floor gives back
In its fifth year, the Founders Series Charity Drive brought together Lockton Associates in Kansas City — especially those from the 8th floor, home to many of our construction and design teams — for a powerful show of community support.
This year’s chosen nonprofit, Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City, received an outpouring of time, care, and generosity. Associates donated over 623 volunteer hours, preparing meals and assembling an incredible 3,439 care kits for families staying at three RMHC houses. These hands-on efforts provided comfort and relief to families navigating the challenges of caring for seriously ill children.
In addition to their time, the team raised an impressive $55,225, including contributions from a carrier-sponsored raffle, helping sustain vital services and support for families in need.
Over the years, this passionate group has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local causes such as KC Pet Project, Veterans Community Project, and area school districts.
Associate Spotlight
Joshua Davis spearheaded a monthlong drive in partnership with Jewish Vocational Service of Kansas City to collect coats and winter essentials for refugees in need. Our Associates donated more than 300 coats and 200 other winter essentials.
Building community with pride
Each fall, Associates from our Kansas City office unite across lines of business to support the Habitat for Humanity Pride Build, an event that celebrates inclusion, community, and the power of collective action. Together, our team rolls up their sleeves to paint homes, tackle yard work, and contribute hands-on support to help build safe, affordable housing for local families.
