As part of our onboarding program, every new Associate at Lockton Affinity is immersed in our culture from day 1 — learning what we do and who we are.

One onboarding group brought that culture to life by volunteering at Down Syndrome Innovations. Together, they helped with landscaping, prepared the space for an upcoming fundraising event, and even supported the organization’s mission by participating as “customers” at their pop-up coffee shop. It was a hands-on experience that reflected Lockton’s values in action — community, compassion, and connection.

Spring cleaning with purpose

Our Associates turned their seasonal clean-out into a meaningful act of giving by donating gently used adult clothing and shoes to the Heartstrings Spring Cleaning Clothes Drive. Heartstrings Community Foundation empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through employment opportunities. In addition to biweekly goody deliveries, the store provides a space for skill-building and community connection.

From Kansas City to California

Associates came together at Heart to Heart International to assemble 600 hygiene kits for individuals and families impacted by the devastating wildfires in California.

Heart to Heart International partners with local organizations to deliver critical medical aid and hygiene supplies worldwide. Contributing to this mission reflects Lockton’s commitment to community impact — offering practical help and hope when needed.
